Supplier-originated fulfilment
Approved suppliers may dispatch directly to you. Their carrier, tracking number and tracking events are the source for each parcel, so a second courier integration is not required when the supplier feed is reliable. YummAsia normalises those events into your order timeline and remains your seller and support contact.
Split parcels
Items may leave different suppliers and arrive separately. Checkout and order updates will show the split where known, and every dispatched parcel should receive its own carrier and tracking reference. You pay only the delivery total agreed at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Dispatch and arrival dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. We monitor missing scans and supplier exceptions. Unless a different period is agreed, delivery will be made without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.
Remote postcodes
Islands, Highlands and other remote postcodes can require a different service, surcharge or longer estimate. Online payment is blocked when the configured service cannot support a postcode; contact [email protected] for a confirmed option.
Fresh, frozen and restricted goods
Temperature-sensitive or restricted products stay unavailable until packaging, postcode coverage, age checks where applicable and cold-chain handoff evidence have passed review. We do not substitute an ordinary parcel service.
Delays, damage and safe-place delivery
Contact [email protected] if tracking is missing, delayed, damaged or incorrectly marked delivered. A carrier safe-place instruction can affect the investigation, but it does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Do not negotiate a refund directly with a supplier.
